Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California and several other U.S. states give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Interplate does not sell your data
Interplate, LLC does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't run third-party ad trackers on the site.
What we do do
We share limited data with service providers strictly to run the site — hosting/database, AI verification, PayPal for payments, email delivery. Those providers act only on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
Submit a request anyway
If you'd still like a written confirmation on file, or you want to exercise any of your other rights (access, delete, correct, portability), email privacy@interplate.app with the subject line "Do Not Sell / Do Not Share". Include the email address associated with your Interplate account so we can verify you. We respond within 45 days.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We'll ask for written proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
No retaliation
We won't deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
