Copyright Compliance Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Interplate respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on Interplate that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

Reporting infringement (DMCA)

If you're a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe content on Interplate infringes your copyrighted work, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The specific URL(s) on Interplate for the infringing content so we can locate it.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated agent

Copyright Agent, Interplate, LLC — copyright@interplate.app.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice, we'll remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to post it, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction in your judicial district.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive multiple valid infringement notices will be terminated.

Misuse

Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only send a notice if you're sure the use isn't authorized.
